The Chinese would never actually go to war because their whole society is predicated on the only sons supporting their parents, wives and children. Without that support, the whole society would begin to collapse as there are no western style safety nets.

The deaths of any significant number of men (sons) in a war would be tantamount to signing death warrants for CCP rulers who know this salient fact.

China has a huge surplus of men - 40MM or so who have no hope of a wife or family. Estimated to hit 100MM in fifteen or so years.. China's gonna need a war just to get rid of this surplus and prevent domestic unrest from it; and I'd guess it'd be with India, who also has a massive surplus of males.

You fail to understand how Chinese culture works. Your solution will have the total opposite effect.; it will create massive domestic turmoil directed at the CCP. There is no way the deaths of hundreds of thousands of men would leave the CCP in power. Their rule is fragile enough as it is.

Once people see their sons dying they will howl for CCP blood. Killing off excess male population in Western Countries in a war may work (in some peoples’ minds) because there are social systems in place to take care of the families.

Dead son = no financial support for parents, so they become homeless and destitute.

One reason they are not married is not the lack of women per se, there are lots of unmarried women, in Chinese culture once a woman reaches a certain age - 30 I think, and is not married she is considered a “leftover” woman whom no man will marry.

China does NOT have a social support system; this is why there are more boys than girls - men are expected to support their family, wife children, parents, grand parents and the wife’s parents. The Chinese social support system is built into Chinese culture.
