Your intentions are obviously good. But your method is not okay. You are supposed to pick the one most relevant forum, and post there. Most of us see all the posts from all the forums, so your message will get out.

I know you wanted to make sure that everyone saw your post. But other people post very important things too - like health warnings, for instance. If everyone posted using your method, this site would become hopelessly clogged up with duplicates.

Thank you so much for replying with this. I now understand. When I come to FR I only visit Forum News and Activism, and thought every forum was self-contained. I contacted the moderator and I am sorry I screwed this up so badly.
