Please remember too, SFC Homer I May, MIA on Heartbreak Ridge, N.Korea, Sept. 1951..Last seen in hand to hand combat with Chinese soldiers. DSC awarded and presented to his mother, Jenny May, for his heroic actions the day preceding his loss.

Almost too much to bear upon reading and having very mixed feelings. I encountered DePuy when he was TRADOC commander and heard the stories from VietNam from older heads. I have only total respect for you and the men whose actions you recount here. This is the main thing we have to hang our heads in shame about for VN - leaving men such as your comrade behind. I wish his son the best of luck in his recovery mission.

I’m especially incensed, in more ways than one, with the way the MOH upgrade packet is being handled.

They waited for help that was promised but not delivered. Like Benghazi.
