Been thinking about your posts.

Been using dial up at home since the beginning. Trees block satellite, no cable, no DSL. I am satisfied with it except for heavy graphics and stupidly bandwidth wasting websites.

By "heavy graphics" I mean any jpgs, etc.

In any case am getting very tired of this insanely Democrat Party loving place. The people here are played like a bunch of dumb rubes by those people (what the hell, works). The people here suppress their skepticism and any vestigial critical thought and just lap the BS up. The situation up here is hopeless without some intrusion by reality to big to ignore. Have to be a BIG intrusion of reality as these people up here are really skilled and intent on doing what they do best.

Fools, damned Fools, and Democrats. On a very real level they understand they are playing the fool to the Inner Party types who manipulate them so cynically. You ought to watch the intense effort such rationalization requires, it is appalling and fascinating (and disgusting). They suck the stuff up as if their lives were at stake. Social requirements start with total uncritical internalization of TV network news. The brighter youngsters move away.

Anyway, I see where you two are, and empathize with your having to move continuously, done it myself.

Phil, been in northern Mexico? Thought about doing that, but not seriously. Canada is better if you can handle minus fifty degrees Fahrenheit winters and don't take the people too seriously. So where are you now? Rough geographical location is fine.
