08/05/06 - U.S. Navy Sailors from the Navy Operational Support Center Indianapolis and Navy Recruiting Command unfurl an American flag during opening ceremonies for NASCAR's Kroger 200 at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Ind., Aug. 5, 2006. The event is part of festivities in conjunction with Indianapolis Navy Week. Twenty-six such weeks are planned in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
