How would a person do that? Having been here for a long time, now, every banning and suspension I've seen has been based on some continued violation of one of the rules of the site.

The rule against personal attacks is the usual one that gets broken...usually multiple times.

Nah, I'm not your run o'the mill elite Freeper.
I've only alerted the Mods one time, and that concerned someone being a very real nuisance, besides lying thru her teeth.
Otherwise, I like to think of myself... well, as the Dean Martin of FR.
