IMHO, Damian Lewis was cast perfectly as Lt WintersAmen. But imagine my surprise when I found out that Damian is a Brit. Guarnere was also cast perfectly. When they interviewed him, I knew it was him even if they didn't say who he was.

Sarge is sure a handsome pup. Thank you. Everyone seems to think so. We figure he's got to be cute or he wouldn't be able to get away with all the trouble he gets into.

BTW, I've thrown some strong hints and I think I'm getting a copy of the mini-series for Christmas. Oooh. I hope you do get it. You won't tire of it and it actually makes you feel good when you're feeling bad about how this country is going. Gives you pride to know we have such men.

No retreat, no surrender ...as long as our allies are there.God Bless the Poles. Look at what the french are suffering now because they allowed so much immigration of muslims. I think we may face the same fate some day. Don't let it happen in your country.
Nice to hear from you.

But imagine my surprise when I found out that Damian is a BritI had the same reaction, I agree with you on Guarnere, my other favorite character was Dexter Fletcher as SSgt Martin. Wish they would have had more of LT Spiers too, he was only featured in the later episodes.

My favorite line in BoB was from Toye:
"How do you feel about being rescued by Patton?"
"Well I'd feel pretty peachy, except for one thing. We didn't f'ing need to be rescued by Patton, got that?"

Hey Sam!
Got that right! The meal plan is equally outrageous and they force you to purchase the 20 meals/week plan. What college freshman gets up before 9am to get to the cafeteria? It should be prorated.
Snip, thought you'd want to know that she did get a new roommate. Thank God! xoxoxo
