Hmmm. Here is a little hint.

He "wrote a book" with the word Courage in the title. Actually, he did not write the book. The ghostwriter did. This fellow never saw the thing until he got a printed and bound publisher's proof copy. This makes sense, since of Courage this fellow had absolutely none. Very skilled at cheating on his wife or getting lots of good soldiers killed for no reason, though.
