i'm going there for turkey day & staying for the weekend to prepare for the estate auction of the house's contents- then we'll HOPEFULLY head home.
i've got to see about getting the house painted professionally IN & OUT and getting the swimming pool repaired/rebuilt (the pool is a MESS!!! her aunt/uncle haven't kept it up in over 10 years. YETCH! ======> insert GAGGING SOUNDS here.).

Oh that is a tough job. My brother I went through that a few years back when my aunt died.
However, we did not have a swimming pool to deal with but a house full from cell to attic of stuff. Over fifty years of living. We had to get the house ready to rent. Oh, I don't know how we did it. We did so much of the work ourselves to save bucks.
We did have to have the house painted which cost several thousand dollars.
It all worked out to the good.... in time.
