Haven't heard anything "official" but I know there are stories about the idea. It'd be a hell of a gunship. :-)
I hadn't heard this one. Might be pretty cool. The first C-17 was being built as I left the AF, so I don't know much about it.
I hate to see the 130 go away. It's so ungainly, it's pretty.
