I can't imagine seeing one of these coming and only having a bazooka or rifle grenades.Seems like there was a PFC Towle in the 82nd AB that stalked 3 Tigers with a bazooka and kept them off his buddies. He didn't kill any, he just made them leery of advancing. He got the Medal of Honor.
