Hi!

Ah, Tuesday! Nice work as always and the debate was fun to read too. To my way of thinking, the Sherman (and most British tanks, for that matter) suffered by being forced into roles for which they were not designed. It wasn't until the Pershing came online late in the war that the Americans had a main battle tank that could stand up to the PzV and PzVIE classes.

I think you also managed to find just about every Sherman variant except one. I always liked the Sherman Flail :)

Good morning Colonel. I'd provide the Sherman Flail pic but my work computer doesn't like websites dealing with deadly things such as guns and armor. LOL.

I'm sure Sam will provide. :-)
