Don't know if anyone has answered yet but it's a Stuart. Not sure if it's the M3 or M5 version but based on the turret I'd guess M5

Don't know if anyone has answered yet but it's a Stuart. Not sure if it's the M3 or M5 version but based on the turret I'd guess M5 M3A3, I believe, based on the high layout of the engine compartment, necessary for sticking a 9-cylinder radial engine in there. The M5 had a flatter, lower profile in back; the turret of the M5 was different:
