When getting to know someone, I have the habit of telling stories, both first and second hand. Much character is exposed by reactions to the right story. Frank Hamer is one of my favorites. This Hamer cop story was written up in one of the gun magazines by an editorial and color writer, an ex-sheriff in Texas, forget his name. Very practical, wise old cop.
By the way, you three pass with flying colors.
