Hated the -16.
Wished there was something slightly more accurate, slightly shorter and easier to use in the brush, and somewhat heavier in the 'punch' department.
(The holy grail of weaponry of course.)
But, had to make due with the 16 and it's somewhat loose fit between upper and lower halves...

I liked the M-14, but finally got used to the M-16 by the time I joined the Guard.
