I have a better plan....Build a DOOMSDAY SYSTEM. Build enough cruise missles to target every Mosque in the world and set them to hit simultaniously. Then build a computer system that launches automatically. The DOOMSDAY SYSTEM once set can never be turned off. The next time a Muslim Terrorist attacks innocent people...KA_BOOM!!! It would be far less expensive than all this dithering and bickering about it.
