Isn’t that the paradox, though? The people with a half-hearted interest in running would probably be better in office — but they can’t get elected. The people who want the office badly enough to get elected can’t be trusted.

I tentatively like Sanford...but we need to focus on fielding liberty-minded candidates to take back Congress in 2010.

I really like Sanford because he is a liberty-mided politician and he's fiscally ideal. He does have a goofy 'Green' streak within him, though, that I find put-off by. It's of no matter, though, after yesterday's revelations.

I whole-heartedtly agree. You might [and I hope others will, too] find this nearly 8 minute YouTube video interesting.
