I in now way endorse McCain, but Paul has created a lot more big spending that McCain in terms of pork. He leads all Texas congressmen in the amount of earmark requests ($400Million in 06), versus McCain who doesn't request earmarks.

True. McCain’s spending restraint is one good thing about him, but one can still be a big-government Republican while being good on earmarks. Despite this, I still think your boy Mutt would be hands-down the worst when it comes to pissing away government money.
