That’s the idea, to nominate a candidate like Reagan who can win votes from the Dems while maintaining a solidly conservative viewpoint. He also won’t be dragged down by the problems that made us lose the 2006 elections

You are correct. I’ve met several Democrats at Ron Paul meetups. But I’ve also met more Republicans there than anything. Is it a bad thing to have a truly conservative candidate that is able to garner support from all over the political spectrum? Isn’t that how you’re supposed to win elections? By taking votes away from the other guy?

Think of all the Democrats and Independents RP is winning over primarily because of the anti-war message that will discover his fiscal conservatism and look into it and grow to understand it. We are witnessing a MASSIVE political realignment and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Ron Paul is a blessing for this nation at a time when we’ll need him most.
