A lot of us agree with some things Ron Paul has to say because it's part of our belief systems. In other words we agree more than we disagree. It's the disagreements that are a real pain.
I get annoyed when freepers start resorting to name calling but telling someone in Iraq to F-off, being a vet of 22 years, just pisses me off. (I know it wasn't you) I started Freeping while stationed in Japan and posted a few times from Germany.
Chances are things will settle down after the first couple of primaries. We have to have one candidate who can stop Giuliani. Mitt hopes he can stop Fred and be the anti-Rudy. Fred hopes his standing in the national polls and his strength in the later southern states will keep him viable, especially with a SC win. Rudi will try to spike them both and keep the race uncertain, his strategy being to make sure there is no frontrunner emerging so that he can use the later states with their big delegate counts to snatch the nomination.
We have to have just one conservative candidate or Rudi will win.
