If there were a 'court of record' with jurisdiction over such matters, all of you Calvinists would be convicted of slandering God's Good Name -- and that of His Son -- with your mean-spirited construct.
Yes, the Lord Himself prophesied to the true saints that there would be those, who profess to serve God, who will deliver us real saints up to the churches. See Luke 12:11. I don't fear your wishful thinking. For the Holy Spirit will teach me in that very hour what I ought to say.
My God is entirely sovereign, but He does not 'ordain', 'decree', 'predestine' evil.
There is always a but in there some where with those who deny God in His Sovereignty. My "god" is sovereign but and then you proceed to explain exactly how your "god" is not sovereign.
Yes, your "god" would save little children if he could I'm sure. Too bad he has no sovereignty over Creation to do so.
P.S. Somebody may need to take up the reins for those who respond to me as I will most likely be out for some time to come.

Here's a tip. I spilled diet coke in my keyboard. It went wild. One keystroke yielded five characters, etc.
So, I disconnected it and submerged it in a tub of hot water to soak. After a few minutes I removed the keyboard and turned it upside down on a beach towel in a dry room. Left it there for a week and it worked perfectly again.

I'll try that. I didn't expect an ee cummings Mention then.

Roy Oswalt at the "Juice Box" ought to be tough for the Cubbies tonight.
To: drstevej
Yeah, it should be. Did you read that the 'Stros picked up Flash Gordon for a minor leaguer and 2 players to be named later today?

Just read the news story. Gordon at 34 with multiple injuries has to be a this season only trade. With a strike looming it sounds like a bad trade... especially since the minor leaguer has some potential and is 22 years old.
To: drstevej
That and I wonder who the two PTBNL are going to be. This could be a coup for the Cubs.

Not the first time the Astros made a dumb trade.
To: drstevej
Just heard the following. If there is a strike, there will not be two players added. No strike, the Cubs get the two extra.

Funky tab key not withstanding, I find your post #181 significantly less than "comprehensible" and therefore difficult to respond to. Try complete sentences. It can be done without a tab key.
To: Wrigley
If that's the case it is obviously a one season horizon trade for the Astros.
