Answer the questions.
You really have no idea do you?
Name three distinguishing characteristics between a eukarotic cell and a prokaryotic cell?
Touchy, touchy! Can't we just have a simple discussion on the merits of creation versus evolution?
Why are you so hyprocritical about respecting others?
Cool, what is a nucleus and name two others.
The nature of the cell wall, the presence of an organized nucleus, and I don't know.
I will overlook your increasingly strident name-calling. Such boorish behavior!
I never claimed to respect you, did I.
What ever gave you the impression that I respect your or will be anything other than rude and disrespectful to you? If you are under any other notion, please disabuse yurself of it.
Now, how about two others?
Ever heard of Joseph Campbell?
He documented hundreds of religions, that have existed over thousands of years. They all had gods to explain away anything which eluded explanation... Wind, rain, sunshine, water, bad breath... You don't have something new, you propose something so antiquated as to be useless, except to those to stupid to think for themselves...
Religion explains everything, so you don't have to think.
Bring facts to the table, and you'll be treated as an adult... Until then...? Get outta' here, kid, ya' bug me...
You've stopped answering my questions. No good!
1) Where does mitosis come in?
2) Is tallhappy smart enough to see an alternate interpretation of "modern" mitosis?
My, my!
Don't let me distract you overly. You have to save the pathetic Aquinasfan by making the history of life a side issue to what is meant by "modern" mitosis.
Concentrate.
You see, this is an example of the sloppy thinking I was talking about. First off, you have no parameters upon which to base your calculation of probability. Secondly, and this may not apply to you directly, but the few creationist attempts at massaging the probabilities have failed to take into account that certain things are far more probable than others (some chemicals will more readily bond to certain other chemicals, but will not readily bond to others, etc.). Finally, your probability calculations do not take into account the actual numbers of processes going on at any one time. For instance, if a result is one-in-a-trillion, and there are a billion reactions going on every minute (Earth is a really big place, after all), you can expect the result once every 16 hours and 40 minutes. Suddenly, your one-in-a-trillion chance is very probable.
I gained a bit of respect for you now. Do you know why. The simple words I don't know.
There are things we all don't know. Don't be so hard and think you are superior to others if they don't know even if they have different ideas than you.
Cell wall is one. And you described it correctly.
The two main others would be mitochondria and the main one would be the ribosomes. (Ribosomal and the presence of mitochondrian in eukaryotes are related -- extra credit for whomever can say why).
There are others -- prokaryotes do not have introns.
Take care, vade.
Sure. I read Masks of God (and the fourth smaller one).
I especially liked his skeleton guide to finnegans wake (cowritten with Morton I think was the name).
How uncomfortable that must be, for you...
Heh heh heh...
No. I wrote a longer nicer posts based on the pleasant surprise that you actually communicated like a human being without a chip on his shoulder and said you didn't know.
Take care.
I donno. At least he's case-insensitive.
I am not sure what post you are referring to but the answer is I am sure no.
