The author is a Messianic Jew, by the way.
I think not.
Israel was dealt with under the covenants as a nation/a people.
Christian believers are dealt with individually under the Gospel.
GOD judges Nations as well as people. The US has been given more light than any other Nations, Satan hates so much because we have been used to spread the Gospel, and held Israel.
I don’t see biblical evidence that God is dealing with nations in the church age…
Other than always dealing with Israel as a nation
It’s always important to be prayerful, and to be open to the Lord’s leading, and to really try to not lean on our own understanding. That is, to not go beyond what we actually know, what’s actually been revealed to us.
We have such a human tendency to try to “figure things out,” and to walk by sight through things. To try to arrive at definite judgments once and for all, so that then we don’t have to think as much anymore. But that also means turning away from getting ongoing guidance and instruction from the Lord.
And such spiritual matters as what God is doing in the world presently, His plan, End Times, Messiah, Israel, etc., they have to be so much bigger than our understanding. It’s important to be prayerfully seeking His guidance, walking by faith and not by sight.
