I found one a few blocks from home. Great Viccar and great parishioners. Great gatherings. Lots of beer and food. Even "Blessing of the Pets" each year.
Last week we were informed he was being replaced by the archdiocese.
Everyone is older democrats without a fellowship,(old school Sam Nunn Democrats) empty nesters, or conservatives. IOW, The Expendables. I suspect the archdiocese will sell the church. They did announce an interim Viccar until future decisions are finalized.

Titus 3:10 in KJV reads
A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;The Greek word for heretic is hairetikos, which means “a follower of false doctrine.”
The wrong will twist the scriptures and use translations that justify their wrongness. To translate hairetikos as “divisive” expands the intent of this verse.

The church of Israel killed the Christ. My understanding is that the death sentence was pronounced by the pagan Roman governor of Judea, Pontius Pilate, and not Jesus' faithful disciples of Israel. The Judeans who called for the execution of Jesus were not His "church"; they were unbelievers. And Israel was a separate kingdom from Judea.

It’s probably an attempt to honor their mission to be non-denominational. The head guy is a Baptist and former head of a seminary. Oh, well.
