Just like most churches these days preach only 1/2 the gospel, the part that tickles their ears; this “He gets us” group does the same thing. If they really, truly cared about these people they would absolutely point them to Christ.

The ultimate act of loving your neighbor as yourself is to endeavor to save their soul, to save them from an eternity in the lake of fire.
Although we cannot save anyone - only God can do that - we should do what we can to warn those that are walking/sprinting towards hell, and try to point them to the one who can save: Christ.
Living a life that is an abomination to God is not good. If we were doing such a thing we'd want our neighbor to warn us. So we should warn our neighbors - and raising the fear of God in their hearts is for their good.

I have always disliked these commercials; I believe they’re just plain wrong and in error. I believe Olog-hai posted about them a long time ago.

Especially that ANNOYING “Don’t put the blame on me” song. That song is awful, awful, awful (IMHO). Can you tell that I don’t like it? LOL

Frankly, I’m not surprised that they’re going down this path. This is one rare thing that I’m in disagreement with a good friend about. He knows about the people who put the money in.

As i recall (someone correct me) it was the Hobby Lobby guy (or someone of that level of fortune).

IMHO these misrepresent the Gospel to basically a “social justice”-level of “theology”

To me, this is yet another warm-up for Satan’s anti-messiah.

A feel-good, near-christian (little “c”) rooted in feelings and society as opposed to the Bible.

All I can say is: when I first saw it, it gave me the same sense of uneasiness that had I in my soul with:

1) the “theology” of Barack Hussein Obama
2) the COVID-19(84) “crisis” (and ESPECIALLY the va666ine)
3) various broadcasts from “the news”
