When did I ever say I hate the Bible. I have one sitting right in front of me.
Bearing false witness is a sin.
“It looks like the FBI has an account at GAP.

Oh wait...I know this one. Can I answer it?
Because the Bible rebukes and exposes their tradition based pagan ritual practices.
If they were not so far removed from Sound Doctrin they would not need to defend themselves against the Word of and from God!
A pagan based ritual service filled with trinkets, idols, statues, beads and a whole lot of hocus pocus!!!
And a history they had to rewrite in order to keep secret the atrocities committed throughout the ages. But those secrets are coming to light.
Luke 8:17
King James Version
17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.
There are many places where God commands His prophets to WRITE what He reveals to them, And we would not know much about all the works of God, the ancient miraculous events and the shared predecessors of the faith we now call Christianity without the written word. Word of mouth is not the most reliable mode of transmission. We have the Bible because GOD deemed we should.
Not a credible book.
He believes in Jesus Christ as his Savior. Why would he miss the Rapture, assuming there is one?
So, this is a revenge thread?
why not
It is after all a historical reference.
Just because light has exposed the darkness does not make it untrue.
No.
“He believes in Jesus Christ as his Savior. Why would he miss the Rapture, assuming there is one?”

For starters because he places his faith in pagan based rituals, has admitted that he places little faith in Scripture, practices rituals best left with the occult, has many other (g)ods before him, and isn’t likely Born Again as according to Scripture by faith.
Luke 13:27
King James Version
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
Revelation 18:4
King James Version
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Rev 2:18-23
18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;
19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
There was/is the Jewish ritual of “mikvah” which was why so many were found. It is STILL a practice. Almost every Jewish community has at least one. It didn’t start with Christianity.
My point exactly why the early Christians used full immersion.
“He believes in Jesus Christ as his Savior. Why would he miss the Rapture, assuming there is one?

I have a better test to see if you are correct.
Since you have decided to be Ebb tides spokesperson, then either you or him can answer the following question. In fact you could even answer it for yourself.
How is it that you believe that you are Saved? By what means do you attribute your salvation?
What part has roman catholicism played in your Salvation?
(if you need an extra sheet of paper please staple and attach it to the top)
It's not bearing false witness because that's the impression you give every time you disparage, belittle or deny the authority of the word of God. When you place your church in authority over Scripture, you are essentially saying it is secondary and not primary. Almighty God doesn't appreciate reliance on His word being called "dumb". It's odd that so many of the early church fathers attested to the primacy of Scripture and the church's submission to it, but today they are called dumb for doing so.
Roman Catholic church leaders HAD to come up with the idea of the insufficiency of Scripture in order to justify their development of doctrine which was either not confirmed by Scripture or contradicted by it. They insisted the Scriptures were in submission to the Magisterium instead of the other way around.
Here's a test. If you wanted to know if a doctrine of your faith was true, which would you go to first? Catholic church books or that Bible you have sitting right in front of you?
Now who is bearing false witness?
Scholars do not accept it as historically accurate, but as a polemical work with an agenda.
You, boatbums.
Addressing Number FIVE
Does the New Testament expressly refer to Christ’s “unwritten word”? The New Testament itself teaches that it does not contain all that Our Lord did or, consequently, all that He taught.
.
John 20-30: And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book, etc.
John 21-25: And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written everyone, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written Amen.
COMMENT: Since the Bible is incomplete, it needs something else to supplement it; i.e., the spoken or historically recorded word which we call Tradition.
= = =
All that Jesus did . . .
Does The Bible contain a discription of how and when Jesus conducted his bodily functions. Like after eating the wheat in the field, and after drinking?
I haven’t found that in The (incomplete) Bible, so I guess I would find that in the Tradition. Need citation from Tradition.
Hey, if you can murder someone and still be saved, I would think believing some mumbo jumbo would get a pass.
Isn’t it ironic how Catholics disparage the very Bible they claim their church gave us?
And supposing Catholicism DID give us Scripture. IF so, then they did a pretty poor job of it if they have to keep going back and correcting it and adding to it.
So if they did such a poor job the first time around, why should ANYTHING they have to say have any credibility? Why should it be considered more trustworthy than what they messed up the first time? How do we know they are getting it right now?
Nope! Like I said, that’s my perception.
