the apostles didn’t advocate actually becoming a eunuch; in fact that was pretty strenuously denounced as it was defiling one’s body, like any other kind of mutilation.
***I can’t find a reference to that. Do you have a bible verse? The claim is “pretty strenuously denounced”, so it should be easy to find... but it isn’t.
