Recently went through PHX airport in Phoenix, AZ, and saw a group of what I thought were “Girl Scouts”.

As I came closer, I saw the girls were all “Boy Scouts” !

I had to do a double take...

The troop meeting in our church went gyno and the boys looked miserable, like the rug was pulled out from under them. The three girls look happy but the boys looked awkward and miserable.

You are right. The Boy Scouts used to have a policy of banning gay scout leaders. But they got woke about three to five years ago and now look at them. The pedos pounced.

Wow. I never made it to Eagle but did learn a lot and it’s surely a loss to society.

Same with me. It made some of the most vivid memories for me in my developmental early teens. Order of the Arrow was just too cool. Now, I'd be shocked if the OA is allowed to "culturally appropriate" anything related to American Indians.

The NRA of old would’ve been a good group to sponsor a scout- like group. I don’t know of any established group that would take it on now.

If someone wanted to start a camp, they should keep an eye on small rural liberal arts colleges in the northeast. When they close, as some have, they sell for a few million dollars. They have big beautiful campuses.
