The guy made one hell of a kill shot at that distance and the stress he had to be under! The NRA needs to use this in some adds, I know it would be gruesome, but it sure gets the message across like no other one I have ever seen!

Putting heroic in quotes as if it were in question that putting your life in danger for the safety and sake of others wasn't heroism. This is why your ratings are in the crapper.

Wow, looks like at least 6 parishioners were armed...two were reacting even as the perp was shooting though one seemed to have a little trouble pulling his weapon due to his coat [the first guy to get shot but whose firm stance may have given some cover to those behind him], one old fellow took the direct route climbing over pews to get there, two others came from the back, another near the lecturn dropped first, then appeared to draw a weapon in case the downed shooter stirred- and all of them surprisingly ready considering they had no way to know they were going to be tested today. A few ladies, like true Texans, leaped to assist the wounded before even being sure the situation was resolved. One old guy right in the middle sitting like a rock. No chickens in that church.
And our douchebag media is busily deleting video of this courageous congregation.

And the guy who seemed to have trouble clearing his clothing may have been deliberately trying to keep the gunman’s attention on him so as to save others.
This video absolutely should not be censored. It is exactly what people need to see so they can learn and think through security in their own churches, and assign responsibilities to volunteers should things go south like this.

I suspect Shooter Guy was DRT (dead right there). It looked like a head shot, and he dropped.
That was an interesting video to watch. Everything was over in a couple seconds.

Yes, and the people like it that way. Several years ago, a push was made by the mayor at that time to change the name to “West Settlement.” The residents voted down the name change by a margin of 9 to 1 and later ousted the mayor for pushing for it.
Counted at least 4 armed parishioners...I’m always armed even in church.
