Absolutely. Better than nothing. And better than slaughtering a bunch of people. But when it comes to men, sterilization wouldn’t stop them from continuing on murdering people. So, after their quick sex change operation, if there were signs they were going to continue their murderous ways, there are still other things we - and the Chinese - could chop off.
