>>I discovered Hollywood isnt anti-Christian as much as it is anti-bad art.
Sharknado? Endless remakes?
The quality of Christian filmmaking is so poor, unfortunately, although there are exceptions, e.g. the brilliant pro-life film October Baby, The Measure of a Man, but they are rarities.
They hated The Passion of the Christ, and hated Mel Gibson for it, because it hit them with a truth they couldnt handle.
It’s post-Weinstein Hollywood.......
Sooner or later they’ll figure out it was their “art” that unleashed Harvey’s sexual atrocities and those of the other Hollywood denizens.
The artists sneered at Christian-based sexual prohibitions..... never factoring in that they were letting loose a destructive force on the populace.
The Harveys of Hollywood couldnt control themselves..... forcing themselves on young girls.
So full of themselves, they figured nubile starlets looking for parts was an open invitation to THEM.
I loved the fact that The Passion of the Christ was an outstanding movie which was a spectacular box office success—in spite of the haters in Hollywood who tried to destroy Mel and his movie.
conservatives are generally more disinterested in show business. Not just in acting but everything around it from writing and directing etc. Not sure if it stems from inherent personality issues or blacklisting effects. But whatever the reason libtards are free to monopolize the industry and also have the lion’s share of the experience. And you get funny things where it seems every writer in Hollywood is obsessed with SJW issues hardly anybody on the outside cares about.

True. They’ll watch John MacLaine walk on broken glass and get beat up and shot for sequel after sequel and never bat an eyelash at the violence.
But “Passion” was too much for them. Even for the Jews and Anti-Theists of Hollywood. This is because their heart KNOWS. The Holy Spirit makes them feel the pain in “Passion”. They want to pretend it isn’t real.
I know this because I was an atheist when I saw it. I can giggle at a horror movie of the worst kind and I LOVE watching John MacLaine walk on glass. My atheism survived nearly dying in a submarine that was sinking, but “Passion” jarred something in me and it wasn’t the violence.
To truly explore the Christian experience, you have to have experienced that explosive dimension of the Creator's love. How many people in Hollywood do you think have ever known that feeling?
So it's hard for them to interpret Christianity in the context of anything but a price tag.
[ The quality of Christian filmmaking is so poor ]
Unfortunately that’s true. Their budgets are always very small.
They’re getting better. The case For Christ was well done, so was God’s not Dead.
Well, in that case, they were completely off base on the profitability of the movie too, to the tune of hundreds of millions.

B.S.
Unbroken was a high quality film about a Christian.
Haven’t seen them.
I used to email, long ago with Dave Christiano. He and his brothers made some decent low-budget films.
I liked “End of the Harvest”. Granted, it’s not fast-paced. There were a few others that I liked.

Granted, it’s not Hollywood, and very low budget. But it doesn’t have all the trash Hollywood usually puts in there.
End of the Harvest is a Rich Christiano film, BTW. Rich is Dave’s brother.
But we are on the winning team. I’ve read the end of the book. All glory in the end belongs to God the Father Son and Holy Spirit.
Was that the film about the WWII POW in the Pacific?
Their hatred and ignorance of Christianity actually overwhelms their greed. They’d rather produce “Broke Dick Mountain” than “Ben Hur.”
