It's not God's job to come to sinners; He already did that in the form of his Son, our Savior. It is now the sinner's responsibility to come to God, through the precious gift He gave us.

The unregenerated are dead in their sins. A dead man can't save himself. It is only by the work of the Holy Spirit.

There is clearly a faction, of uncertain size, among the Latin Church clergy which is desperate to come out and openly declare their homosexuality and to declare that it is good.

I fear that they will try to proclaim Christ and His disciples as their model in this heresy.

Of course he does. When he made Adam and Eve fit together the way they did it was just a fluke. God must have made a mistake. In fact, if he hadn’t screwed up the first time, we’d probably ALL be gay and procreating like rabbits. /s

It’s sad to think that we used to treat these people, now we (figuratively) encourage it.

He is not wrong. They ARE wanted by God.

Are they willing to turn from sin and do what is required to be accepted by God? THAT is the $64 question.
