Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Dear Father in Heaven,
Sanctified and Magnified is Your Most Wonderful and Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy of Praise and Worship,
For You Alone Are The One True God.
You are the God Who Sees Me in My Distress.
We humbly come before You,
as a body of believers,
on behalf of Your People Israel.
We know in our hearts that nobody is perfect except You.
We know in our hearts that the People Of Israel
are no different than anyone else in this regard,
and are in as much need of Your Mercy as anyone else.
Even when We are unfaithful, though,
YOU are ALWAYS Faithful to Your promises!

May the Leaders of Our Own Beloved USA
Receive Wisdom from You
to do the Right Thing.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

I don't think you want to hear all the details, but some of you know that I was widowed 7 years ago when my husband of 39 years took his own life. (I don't know how to put more delicately than that). A lot of weird things have happened to me in the intervening 7 years, some of which I have related in this thread as stories that teach a Biblical Principle. Today is no different.

Hagar felt abandoned, lost, and without hope. Yet, The LORD spoke to her, and gave her assurance for the Future.

The "Future" is not always what we expect it to be, but we can always be certain that the Creator of the Universe is ElRoi, the God Who Sees Me, and that He works all things together for Good for those who love Him.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
