I don't dispute that...But for me it makes no difference whether Jesus rose up thru the burial linens while they stayed in place or he stood up and they fell off in a pile...

But since the scarf about his head seems to have been wadded up and maybe thrown in a corner (vs. 7) indicates to me that it was maybe the angels unwrapped Jesus, or as you say his body came up thru the salve soaked linen strips...But either way for me it doesn't matter...What matters to me is that the scriptures are true, and there was no Catholic shroud involved...

As Dr Jones put it, there is no argument of the body stolen if He came out of those grave clothes without unwinding them.

Ping-aling-aling ... studying small points withy big implications in the Bible texts

May I ask a question of those who are more studied in the Word than I? ...

We read that ‘the life is in the blood’. We also read that Jesus took His blood into the Heavenly Holy of Holies. What Bible passages would be recommended to study whether Jesus has blood flowing through His body now, or not? ... In preparation for Heavenly existence (such as Paul writes of in 1 Cor 15:51-53 and following) will we draw life from the blood or directly from the Shekinah glory of God?
