Since our sins are forgiven there are no sins to judge thus no need for the judgment (life or death) of a believer (Psalm 103:12, Heb 9:26, 1 John 3:5).Our sin debt already paid in full by the Blood of Christ (Ephesians 1:7). Since we are already justified (Romans 4:25, 5:1, 5:18) and saved by Grace through our faith (Ephesians 2:8) in the Lord Jesus Christ we will stand in front of the Throne for reward (1 Corinthians 3:12-15). We will be rewarded or not rewarded IAW our earthly deeds (fruit) as a believer (Psalm 62:12, 1 Corinthians 3:8, Ephesians 6:8). On the other hand the non believers will be judged by the Law and are guilty as all have sinned and fell short of the Glory of God.

Rest assured that our Spirits leave this tent instantly at death and for us believers we are with the Lord at that very moment.

24 Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.

8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
