I believe that the Sacraments are important for our salvation and help us do the will of God.

The Church is the Body of Christ and its members bound together doing God’s will are much stronger than we are as individuals.

I feel that working and praying with like minded (Christ-like) individuals makes us stronger. I have met too many evil persons that can led one into sinful behavior.

Priests that rape little boys are not a reason to leave Rome.. Priests that have affairs with married women are not a reason to leave Rome ... The fact that there is no salvation in that cracker , no forgiveness in that little box, no Holy Spirit in that "slap " from that bishop.. no forgiveness of sin in that baptismal water... There is only Salvation in Christ alone .

Did Jesus and the apostles eat the actual real body of Christ at that last supper?

Read the passage again and open your heart to the truth therein. When Abraham was on the way to the mount, he told those with him to wait at the foot of the mount and THEY, him and Isaac, would return tot hem after the sacrifice! THAT IS FAITH and THAT IS WHAT THE SCRPITURES teach Abraham had that was counted for him righteousness. It was not the actual placing of his son on the altar ready for throat slitting that God Honored, for we see that God told Abraham t0o hold back the knife, that GOD provides the sacrifice. Abraham displayed his faith in God's Promise BEFORE he went up the mountain! So, when God provided the sacrifice for Abraham to use, was it Jesus that Abraham was to slaughter and let the blood flow out upon the ground, or was it the animal entangled nearby? But that can't be if the Bible is not using metaphor!

A catholic has not a clue what is faith and what are works nor their purposes. Commit the sacrileges, accept the judgment. Abide by the sacred and be Graced with the Gift of God's LIFE. The Jews at Pentecost believed, and God showed His acceptance of that by placing His LIFE in them, not by drinking blood in contradiction to what His commandment had always been, but by their faithing in the words spoken by Peter. Did the words of Peter place God's life in them? Or did God honor their BELIEF in Christ as Savior and Lord thus resulting in God to putting HIS LIFE in them? And once God puts HIS LIFE in you, no man, including ADSUM, can take that LIFE out of you.

Catholics do not do any of this in the Eucharist. Though Christ is substantially present—body, blood, soul and divinity—in the Eucharist, the accidents of bread and wine remain.

Wouldn't that be more commonly called necromancy? And another thing. How does anyone know for sure that all those "saints" are actually in Heaven. Some of them might be in Hell. Someone in Hell, already has more important things in mind, like trying to figure out how they are going to endure it forever. They don't want to be bothered answering anyone's prayers.

I realize this is very hard for a stony hearted catholic to hear, but you do not Get God's Life in you by drinking His blood. The 3000 at Pentecost did not get God's Life inthem by drinking His blood. The people in the House of Cornelius did not get God's Spirit in them,...... by drinking His Blood. He that hath ears, let him hear ...

Which brings up how long does one pray for those in purgatory? How do they know when they are sprung from their incarceration? AND, if they don’t know their OWN salvation, how can they be sure of anyone else? They pray to not only their Pope-verified Saints but also to any other Tom, Dick or Harry who has died. For all they know, some of them are in hell.
