Christianity is dying out in Europe but Europe is dying out at the same time. There is no reason for an atheist to have children except for the periodic faddishness of it and that means only one child. Children are mostly an inconvenience with no benefits for an atheist.

According to the article, Animist and Buddhist are losing numbers, Muslim and Christian are growing.
And the latter two are --- again according to the article ---growing more by birthrate than by conversions.
So they say.
Hinduism is still huge, but confined largely to the Indian subcontinent. They, too, are growing by birthrate, not by conversions.
