He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
No one who is a committed believer in Christ would possibly say that.
Only someone pretending to believe would call Jesus “a Son of God.”
It would be like saying Hercules was a son of Zeus.

I was not taught that in Episcopal confirmation class. God and the son are distinct and separate entities.
Obama at his best in parsing words to deflect meanings. Over many years of dealing with people in civilian and legal frameworks I believe the quote attributed to Lincoln about fooling people has merit.
