I would not disagree with the religion mod about the rules of the religion forum. However, I still think that anything that shows up on a prayer or devotional sidebar should fall under the argument restrictions for prayer or devotional threads.
In that case, I would restrict the prayer sidebar (topic: prayer) and not permit on it articles that were not prayer centered. Just my personal opinion, of course, but it seems more consistent to me.
