IANAL. However, I believe a contract stipulating that one must not sell a residence based on the buyer’s race would be an illegal agreement under contract law and thus not not enforceable by the courts.

In employer-funded insurance plans, the employer pays the individual claims and has access to the specific procedures, drugs, etc. Legally under HIPAA, the employer is supposed to firewall that data from other employer functions, such as payroll and HR, but they don’t always do so.
