Again, that doctrine is one of God smites the taxpayer/worker and rewards the taker/non-worker. That is fine to self-delude that you are really enjoying “God’s bounty” but it also simply is not so.
God does not use government programs to “bless” people.

God certainly can, but He will not punish and enslave one to benefit another through government programs that are inherently evil.
He COULD, but He would then not be a fair and just God, merely a symbolic figurehead of an oppressive government regime that would be evil.
You’re going to have to do better than “God can do whatever he wants” to justify receiving God’s bounty through a government check.
There are so many things wrong with this doctrine, it’s impossible to list.

Who says God must adhere to your definition of “fair.”
Have you ever read the story of Esther? Did she have any choice concerning her relationship with the King?
How about the letters written by Paul when he was imprisoned? He was constantly arrested and beaten.
Read through the book of Acts. The Apostles were constantly beaten and abused. God worked through these situations for His own Glory. In at least one instance, a jailor was converted by Peter.
To this day, Christians are abused and persecuted throughout the world, particularly in Moslem areas.
You really have it in for bloggers. I’m a “user” because I post a story about financial blessings, that I wish to share with others? Like I said elswehere, until I’m told by administrators, which you are not, not to post here, I will continute to do so. You don’t like blogs or bloggers? Don’t read their posts.

These examples have nothing to do with getting a government check. Men with God-given free will are often cruel to other men.

Anyone who can’t tell the difference between a “blessing from God” and a government check is not likely to know much about anything, much less be able to contemplate the nature of God.

Take your Prosperity Theology nonsense to the welfare office and get your food stamps. Afterall, if God didn’t want you to have them, why would he “bless” you with them?
I suggest you put your Bible down long enough to look for a job, which God is also in favor of, instead of waiting for the blessings of the welfare state to rain down upon you so you can heap them all together and claim to be a high-priest of big government/god by virtue of standing on the backs of hard working taxpaying God-fearing American patriots!

Their loss.
