I can quote the Bible, too, and I could very easily pick and choose “cherry pick” Scriptures to bop people over the head with - to make my point. In other words, I could play that game, too, but I don’t have time nor inclination.
Bottom line: Jesus Christ is my Savior and I love Him and I am thankful for His Atoning Sacrifice to save me from my sins. Amen.
P.S. It is not kosher for people to condemn other people to hell. Only God knows the heart.
Nor the talent. Saundra, we've seen you try it in the past.
Bottom line: Jesus Christ is my Savior and I love Him and I am thankful for His Atoning Sacrifice to save me from my sins. Amen.
Isn't that what the people in Matthew 7:25-28 said as well? It didn't stop the REAL Jesus from telling them to depart from me. Belief in a false Jesus will get you nothing but a false sense of assurance.
P.S. It is not kosher for people to condemn other people to hell. Only God knows the heart.
When did I do that? Repeating Scriptural warnings and pointing out to people that the warning MIGHT apply to them is not condemning someone to hell.
Who's cherry picking SD. I have no problem delving into the immediate and greater context of any passage I cite as well as evaluating key Greek or Hebrew used on those passages. As the title states - differences matter SD.
Bottom line: Jesus Christ is my Savior and I love Him and I am thankful for His Atoning Sacrifice to save me from my sins. Amen.
Cotton candy mormonism SD. What did his sacrifice do according to mormon doctrine? Only resurrect your body (along with everyone else's) and dealt with Adam's sin. The mormon Jesus didn't save you from your sins - you have to do that for yourself through your works - more mormon doctrine SD. Actually SD, it gets worse than that since your doctrine clearly states EVERY time you sin ALL YOUR PREVIOUS SINS are restored to you. (DOCTRINE AND COVENANTS 82:7) See, mormon doctrine repudiates your claim SD, the Mormon Jesus doesn't save you from your sins - he still holds you fully accountable for them until you have paid off your account with the mormon Jesus. And the mormon Jesus cannot save you in your sin SD (ALMA 11:37).
P.S. It is not kosher for people to condemn other people to hell. Only God knows the heart.
Trusting in and following a fictitious Christ will result in a fictitious salvation, no matter how sincere you may be. You want to follow this fictitious Jesus, then you will by your own actions face the eternal consequences of hell.
P.S. mormon apostles and prophets have since its inception condemned Christians to hell. Perhaps you need to go instruct your high priests in what is kosher then.
