As Christians we are commanded to warn souls against false prophets, joseph smith was a false prophet and his followers continue this deceit today.
The consequences are eternal. Is is also possible to do more than one thing at a time.
I find it interesting that there are people who appear to be saying that if you are concerned over a person's eternal soul that you are incapable of doing other things.

I have found that Jehovah's Witnesses are by far the most honorable group I have had dealings with. I don't see them demanding to be called Christian. If they were, I would be objecting.

I asked a J.W. friend if she was a Christian and she flatly said no.

And that affects you how, exactly? Are Mormons blocking your driveway, threatening to not let you leave until you convert? Have those "evil Mormons" taken over the local utilities board, and are threatening to raise the rates on all "infidels"? Have they taken over the HOA and are harassing you because you don't have one of those golden angels on top of your house?

Furthermore, who else is a "false prophet"...anyone who doesn't see eye to eye with you? Was Martin Luther a "false prophet"? What about the Pope, any Pope? What about Ghandi? Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, Billy Graham, et al? Who among them were/are "false prophets"?

Seriously, some of you are in need of new hobbies. Why not just let people live their own lives and mind your own business?

How does it effect me?

My spirit weeps at the thought there are any lost souls.

I am commanded by the Words of Jesus to warn souls of false prophets.

The Bible is clear in it's description of who is a false prophet.

joseph smith is a false prophet.

The prudent question is why are you not also grieved by lost souls.

Take it up with the boss, I didn't invent the religion forum or its distinct rules but since I post on the religion forum, I learned the rules, which are different from the news forum.
