Well, he’s called the fourth horseman because he comes fourth, following the White Horse, then War, then Famine. I missed the war and the famine.
My guess is that someone handling the film intended it to look like a Djinni riding a flying carpet.

The First Horseman of the Apocalypse is the Antichrist. He has not been revealed, so no Fourth Horseman possible I was under the impression that the four horsemen had something to do with Notre Dame football...silly me
