my dad’s was just as dark more than 51 years later, and he could still make it “roar” for the grand kids. (The tiger on his calf)

“Ugly tattoo” is redundant.

As I tell my 20 year old neices, “That cute little tatoo of a humingbird on you breast will look like a condor when you get my age.”

hahahahaha. I was turning 30 when I got mine, it’s a frog prince with a tilted crown, above my inside ankle.
One of the reasons I chose that place, was regardless of a future child, weight gain, weight loss, it probably really wouldn’t stretch there.
And yes, seeing one of my best friends small little rose become something entirely different after 3 kids, made an impact on my decision.
And...my army Irish dad, who was fine with my brothers got tattoos, didn’t speak to me for a week when he saw mine.

No, they last forever unless you do something to remove them.Bad logic.....
FWIW-

What? You haven't seen Hillary's ankles? That frog would look like a toad.
Personally, I have no tattoos. I haven't seen anything that I would want permanently inked on my body.

LOL!!! Awesome...all my tats are Marine Corps related. I intentionally got them in my last month of service, and all can be hidden by a short sleeve shirt. Twelve years later, and I’m grateful I was wise about them because I haven’t regretted any of them.

I don’t need ink to make my body interesting, I’ve got lots of scars for conversation.

Yes, but there’s no other conversation going on the thread, so why do you persist in bumping it?
