I’ll never forget Elizabeth Smarts’ dad going in front of the cameras to say that they guy who they thought took her was an evangelical preacher and that is what he was preaching when he picked him up and let him work on his house.
He just plain lied. He knew damn well that the crazy was thinking he was a prophet.
This Walsh guy is SO full of it, he has no factual bais for his claim, and his credentials seem to amount to having posted some stuff online years ago.
I’m a life long member who has known thousands of members over the years from America, Canada and England and I could count on one hand the number of times anybody said anything about wanting polygamy to come back, and I could not count the number of time I’ve heard members say they hope they never have to face that circumstance of having it return.
Words like "false" "wrong" "error" do not attribute motive.
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.
Now now, don’t jump on the cultist for not knowing the words from the B of M. The god of Mormonism is duplicitous, so the adherents feel it is their right to be duplicitous also. Mustn’t chastise the uninformed for parroting what they’ve been taught.
By the way, the poster is a guy!
Sorry about that.
Could you just delete my comment?

I’ve never heard a member say they want it to come back.
Having said that, it never really went away as a mormon belief in regards to eternity, did it?
Doesn’t mormonism teach that if you are sealed to multiple wives, you will remain married in eternity? As such, it remains an official belief and held in esteem? Joseph Smith, Brigham Young and other mormon men who married many wives... aren’t they still considered married to them?
