A synopsis would be helpful.

Who goes to hell first?
Straight white males, of course.
It’s sort of like college football, where identifying the top 2 or 3 teams is fairly easy but the rest of the top 25 gets more difficult.
Clearly atheist lawyers, homosexuals, and muslims lead the list. Child molesters would be #4 (i would have ranked them #1, but there’s significant overlap between them and the #2 team in the poll and the second ranked team is constantly agitating to keep its ranking). Murderers would be #5.
The top 3 get that way by being activists for evil.
Those who die (in mortal sin) first go to hell first, of course.
That would be the beast and false prophet in Revelation. I think they get the “honor” of being cast in first.
what is the chant to sell your soul to the devilI surely hope they were doing some sort of school paper, and didn't want to use the information personally. And no, the info is not on our site.:)
Meanwhile, the rest of the Hell-bound wait in a really, really, really long serpentine. Which leads past this spot:
Takes a *long* time to hand out all those accordians, I suppose.
Those who die (in mortal sin) first go to hell first, of course. And joining them (according to St. Louis de Montfort speaking of Blessed Alan de la Roche in The Secret of the Rosary):
How 'bout that? My husband and I (after reading the book) were joking around and saying we should get t-shirts made that proclaim, "Say it well, or go to hell." :)Blessed Alan de la Roche who was so deeply devoted to the Blessed Virgin had many revelations from her and we know that he confirmed the truth of these revelations by a solemn oath. Three of them stand out with special emphasis: the first, that if people fail to say the Hail Mary (the Angelic Salutation which has saved the world) out of carelessness, or because they are lukewarm, or because they hate it, this is a sign that they will probably and indeed shortly be condemned to eternal punishment.
All sorts of exterior phenomena might (or might not) be signs of being in a condition of mortal sin.
Bump for a book by a fellow Domer - I’ve actually read it. Anyone who likes sports and is a Christian should pick one up.
Your husband must’ve enjoyed this years USC game, I know I did (aside from the multiple interception related heart attacks I thought I was going to have).
I’m going to put this link to a prayer by Thomas Merton on here as well,

A good prayer for the times we seem to find ourselves in.

Here's a quote from a letter Tom wrote to Pope Benedict:
The above quote is from a book (Champions of Faith: Catholic Sports Heroes Tell Their Stories) which I wrote several years ago and which your predecessor, John Paul the Great, so graciously placed on the shelves of the Vatican Library when he started the Pontifical Council of Church and Sports a few years ago. My apologies; it is a short and very to-the-point video ... didn’t know how to summarize it without giving away the whole video ...
Blind guess...lawyers?
Blind guess...lawyers?Well, the list starts out with cowards and ends with deceivers, with six other categories in between ... think lawyers fit in there somewhere?
Man, talk about covering the entire spectrum, lawyers can be slotted in anywhere in that entire field.
