Maybe before one presents himself as an expert on a subject, he should read it first

Maybe you should answer the question, or concede the point....

For a decade now, the Holy See has looked on quietly as the pedophilia scandal has engulfed the American Church. Does the relationship between the Vatican and Cardinal Law today resemble the relationship between the Cardinal and John Geoghan in 1985?

Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end shall come

I take it that means you refuse to answer the question, nor concede the point.

“Matthew 24:14”

That is not even close to what you claimed.

So it isn’t written to the whole world, especially not me?

A day later, he flew from Washington to Rome.

And then he flew back to testify. Look it up. BTW, a grand jury can charge someone who's on Mars if they think they have probable cause.

How about citing a verse that actually substantiates your original claim before moving to another question?

Matthew 10:40 He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives him who sent me.

John 13:20 Truly, truly, I say to you, he who receives any one whom I send receives me, and he who receives me receives him who sent me.

Law admitted in a deposition that he was aware that John Geoghan had reportedly raped at least seven young boys in 1984 yet nevertheless approved the transfer of Geoghan to another parish, working with other boys. Other documents revealed that Law similarly knew of and ignored decades of reported child abuse by Paul Shanley, placing Shanley in ministries with access to other children.

Throughout his tenure, Law seemed to reserve his warmest sympathy for the abusers, not the victims. He lied to a West Coast bishop about Shanley's history. He signed a document attesting that another known child-molesting priest, Redmond Raux, had "nothing in his background" to make him "unsuitable to work with children." Court documents revealed that the archdiocese gave new jobs to two priests, one of whom was known to have molested boys while the other had supplied cocaine to a teenage lover. Law's responses to these and earlier disclosures? The molesters had been cleared by physicians; the church kept bad records; his subordinates vetted the transfers; he forgot; he never knew; he's sorry.

Listen, how many times do you have to be told that the number of Protestant Denominations, 30,000 + can easily be verified by reading IRS Pub 78 Vol 1-9, which separately lists each entity with their attendant address. Under FOIA, one can access the documents to ascertain that each entity is discrete . Trust that this secular maintained data permanently remedies your unbelief.

so much of Roman Catholicism is "made up."

?

I didn't write that. It was a quote from the article you posted.

Did you read the article you posted?

There's nothing like it. Makes "novus ordo" look like a cheeseburger at McDonalds.

Campion just proved your claims regarding Law’s flight were falacious. Why should your analysis now carry any weight?

OJ Simpson wasn’t convicted of murder but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a murderer.
