well, from a medical standpoint, four percent of boys are sexually abused as children or as teenagers, most of them by men.

In some surveys, if you include minor sexual abuse (e.g. touching) and do the surveys of poor, fatherless minority boys, the number goes way up, over half.

So isn’t it strange that those who support the homosexual agenda are busy pointing at the Pope who is trying to replace the “theraputic treatment” for pedophiles with removal, and replace the bishops who didn’t remove sin from their midst out of a false sense of compassion?

This, in fact, is good for the Catholic Church. It separates the sheep from the goats. And secondarily, rather than having the desired effect that the secularists wish i.e. to drive a stake into the heart of the Church, it has the opposite effect. People wonder what exactly does this Catholic Church teach and hold to be true that the secular world seeks to shut it down and destroy it. Once they then begin to investigate for themselves what the Church teaches as true, the Spirit begin to move in them and they find themselves converted in heart.
