Do you deny that Mary is the Theotokos? Because THAT goes to the heart of Nestorianism.

Theotokos is not an English word...So I wouldn't know what you are talking about...Translate it into English and I can respond...

The closest English translation would be "God bearer", but you've already made it clear that you subscribe to Nestorianism.

It's easy to establish one thing...

Photos are easily faked.

I wouldn’t suggest Google nowadays but Bing is very helpful.

Which becomes even more likely when the ONLY source of the photo is a website for some fringe group which believes that everyone who does not believe EXACTLY as they believe is damned.

Where is this two sided cross?

It still looks like mary/child on one side and christ on the other.

Okay. This is not Christian and was declared heresy 1500 years ago. I must congratulate you on being honest, at least. Now that we are clear, we have a better basis to debate.

Sorry pal...You mean it's not Catholic...And I agree with that...

There's no need to even go beyond John. 6...

Joh 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Joh 6:57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

Sorry buddy, the heresy's all yours...You own it...I know nothing about the Nestorians but I'll bet they were a far sight closer to God than your religion ever was...

Years ago I would often ask people if they were a Christian...The Catholics always said NO...They always said they were Catholic...I have never had anything in common with a Catholic so I guess if you want to call yourself a Christian, I'll have to find another word to describe myself...

I'll just call myself a bible-believing disciple of Jesus...You can have the Christian name...I don't think it's going to fit very well though...

Because you’re not affected by “Mary syndrome”, you don’t see it as evil.

Others do.

So then, since you are siding with Nestorianism, at what PRECISE moment did Jesus Christ become God?

This is a rather poor translation into English. Try the Greek instead. God is not a person, nor is he three persons, as we understand persons.

It took your religion 400 years to acknowledge that God is a Trinity...

Followers of the Apostles knew about the Trinity for 400 years before your crew would accept it...So now your group is an expert on the matter, eh???

Aside from the fact that your religion now boasts about the Trinity, it's clear they never did and still don't know what It is...

Where do you guys get off criticizing Spirit filled, Bible believing Christians???

You ought to pick up a Bible and do some serious praying and ask God to show you something...

You base this on what EXACTLY?

Aside from the fact that your religion now boasts about the Trinity, it's clear they never did and still don't know what It is...

Where do you guys get off criticizing Spirit filled, Bible believing Christians???

Where did the "Bible believing Christians" find the word "Trinity" in the Bible? For that matter, where did they get the Bibles?

WHO compiled the Canon of Scripture and WHEN? Please be specific.

ROTFLMBO!!!!

You’re not seriously asking this?

Okay, so where do “you guys” get off criticizing Spirit Filled, Bible believing Christian Catholics?

Thanks for the best laugh of the morning. “Sweet” “Christians” who come on to threads and bash the Catholics suddenly get indignant.

I have seen that people get defensive when backing into a corner. Have you noticed that Wagglebee?

but you've already made it clear that you subscribe to Nestorianism.

Don't make stuff up...I said that I know nothing about Nestorians...But I do know some bible...And I'll bet if I searched a little bit, I'd find that the Nestorians refused to bow down to your pope...

>>It took your religion 400 years to acknowledge that God is a Trinity...<<

Studying other languages can help with understanding History. My 9 & 11 year olds study Latin and it helps tremendously.

“The word trias (of which the Latin trinitas is a translation) is first found in Theophilus of Antioch about A.D. 180. He speaks of “the Trinity of God [the Father], His Word and His Wisdom (To Autolycus II.15). The term may, of course, have been in use before his time. Afterwards it appears in its Latin form of trinitas in Tertullian (On Pudicity 21). In the next century the word is in general use. It is found in many passages of Origen (”In Ps. xvii”, 15). The first creed in which it appears is that of Origen’s pupil, Gregory Thaumaturgus. In his Ekthesis tes pisteos composed between 260 and 270, he writes.....

Understanding that the doctrine is identified with Nestorius (c. 386–c. 451), Archbishop of Constantinople, I would say, wrong.
